综合养身气功
INTEGRATED WELLNESS QIGONG
Qigong is a 4,000-year-old Chinese mind-body practice of gentle, repetitive movements with rhythmic breathing. The primary focus is to cultivate energy for overall health and vitality.
This 10-week course is conducted in a guided manner including individual moves refinement. You will learn a primary qigong set as well as techniques from other styles incorporated specifically to curate a all-rounded practice.
You will be learning:
• Grounding techniques
• 5 Animals Play Qigong 华佗五禽戏
• Qigong meditation 站桩功
• Relaxation techniques
You are also required to do home revision every week to familiarise with the moves and built up momentum. At the end of the course, you will be able to practice on your own OR continue as a practitioner with the new intake.

基础太极拳
TAIJIQUAN FOUNDATION MODULE
Taijiquan is an internal martial art rooted in the profound Yin Yang philosophy of existence. Often described as “meditation in motion”, it invites practitioners to slow down, refine their sensitivity and cultivate harmony between the body and mind through flowing movements.
Yang Style Taijiquan, known for its open, graceful moves, is the most widely practiced form today. Our 20-week (5 months) foundation module is designed to establish proper understanding of alignments, steady rhythm and other movement principles while learning through a 24-steps routine. We will be emphasising strongly on how to practice in a safe and stable manner which is often neglected by many practitioners.
You will be learning:
• Taijiquan Philosophy
• Taijiquan movements principles
• Yang style 24 steps routine 杨氏24式太极拳套路
• Relaxation techniques
You are also required to do home revision every week to familiarise with the moves and built up momentum. At the end of the course, you will be able to practice on your own OR continue as a practitioner with us when practice sessions are scheduled.
