This is a deep passive stretching practice designed to release tension of the body and rigidity of the mind. We will explore how our body provides intelligent feedback regarding our lifestyle and habitual patterns. Through mindful observations, this sense of deep self awareness developed will translate into more informed choices in daily moments.
You will experience:
• Mindful breath-work to slow down
• Yoga poses for deep release and energy stimulation
• Sound rest for relaxation
• (Optional) Tea & Conversation after the session for those who wish to linger around for a bit more.
A guided sound immersion through receiving the vibrations of Old Tibetan singing bowls played. The rich overtones and intentional silence creates an energy field aiding deep relaxation and regulation of the over-work nervous system.
