OUR STORY
JingXin YaShe is a sanctuary held not only in space but in the heart. It is a reflection of rich experiences, authentic teachings and powerful intentions of many teachers and fellow journey mates that help shape this space eventually. Here, movement, sound and presence come together to guide the unfolding of inner harmony, self-discovery and soulful shift of consciousness.
“Guiding presence, movement and healing for those seeking transformation, clarity and inner awakening.”

Kenrick Goh
Inner Arts Teacher · Healing Facilitor · Spiritual Guide
KENRICK was an active athlete participating in national and international Taijiquan competitions back in 2006. He needed to release his tight muscles as a result of the intense trainings then and like many took up yoga for its physical benefits.
After being exposed to yoga, Kenrick was intrigued by it’s deep philosophy and decided to take up his first Hatha Yoga Teacher’s Training in 2009. Over the years, Kenrick upgraded his knowledge and skills with many teachers but 2013 was a transformational leap for him. His training with Ana Forrest, founder of Forrest Yoga, author of Fierce Medicine and a Shaman healer, taught him how to practice yoga in a healing manner through an intentional and contemplative breath-centric approach. This empowers Kenrick greatly on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
In 2015, a journey to explore the realm of energy healing began. Kenrick received his Level 1 & 2 Reiki initiations and that miraculously led him into Core Shamanism. He took up a shamanic healing series with the Foundation of Shamanic Studies and completed a 3-year advance shamanic initiations program after. Currently, he continues to expand his healing toolbox, deepening the vast knowledge of energy works through studying the play of Tibetan Bowls with his Teacher Akiko Igarashi from Shima Healing Institute.
Today, Kenrick teaches Yoga, Meditation, Taijiquan, Qigong and offers both Tibetan Bowl Energy Healing as well as Shamanic healing. He continues to “Mend the rainbow hoop of the people” (Forrest Yoga Spirit Pledge) in his own manner to bring well-being and cultivation of the mind & spirit to brothers & sisters who cross path with him.
